Who are we?
You would be a valued member of the Quality Assurance team in Business Unit Food Systems. We support 8 sites globally with 460 colleagues. A major part of QA’s sphere of influence spans systems supporting QMS (ISO 9001), systems supporting problem solving methodology) and Customer claims. Your job would be to work with QA tools & systems, and interact with, train and support our stakeholders in management and line levels.

Key tasks

  • Implementation & compliance to ISO 9001 2015 certified QMS.
  • Support and deploy strategic & continuous improvement projects.
  • Support & update issue management tools and coordinate Customer and Supplier claims.
  • Extract and communicate performance data to different levels of management.
  • Train new users in issue management tools & QMS
  • Train colleagues in problem-solving methodology
  • Support our SharePoint superuser on Global QMS platform.
  • Support & facilitate Continuous Improvement meetings.

What can you do, and what have you done?
You have a degree in Engineering or similar, your English skills are excellent, and you have minimum 3 years’ experience in working with Quality in a project-oriented environment. You possess a good working knowledge of the ISO 9001 2015 standard and have experience in auditing. You are comfortable working with IT tools and have a flair for Office 365, Power BI etc. If you have been involved with QC work at any level, this would also be a plus.
