What does the position entail?
As a QA Coordinator, you will supervise the quality aspect of the activity of dispatchers, employees, warehousemen and drivers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the adherence to the principles of the Quality Manual
  • Managing the quality systems
  • Assessing the effectiveness and application of the quality assurance system
  • Drafting documents relating to quality assurance
  • Managing the flow of incidents and non-conformities
  • Monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Carrying out internal audits and managing external audits
  • Managing staff training
  • Preparing the annual management review
  • Overseeing all the Quality Department’s operational activities and documents
  • Managing Change Control
  • Recommending changes to working processes

What are we looking for?

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good verbal and written proficiency in French and English. Dutch and any other language is a plus
  • Experience in interacting with senior and middle management and working within / leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Quality management programs (ISOxxxx, ..).
  • Good knowledge in general business processes
  • Very good reporting skills
  • Accurate worker who is able to perform with deadlines
  • Teamplayer with a pro-active attitude
