Description:

Are you passionate about ensuring the delivery of exceptional software? We are looking for several skilled quality assurance engineers with expertise in both manual and automated testing to join our team.
In this role, you’ll design, implement, and execute testing strategies to ensure the quality of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test plans, automate critical test cases, and execute manual tests for comprehensive coverage. Key responsibilities include defect management, maintaining automation scripts, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to the improvement of testing processes. You’ll also provide clear analysis of test results and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
We value problem-solving skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Your ability to explain technical issues clearly, build effective relationships, and adapt to changing priorities will be essential for success.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in a hybrid testing role, combining manual and automated testing
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) for test automation scripting
  • Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or pytest
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • ISTQB or similar testing certification is advantageous
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling is desirable

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Familiarity with proprietary automation tools e.g. TestComplete Pro, TestSigma.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
