A staffing platform based in San Francisco, U.S. that works with fire departments, is looking for a detail-oriented and passionate QA Engineer to join their growing team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions for fire departments. You will work closely with the development team to identify issues and ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to understand features and provide feedback on functionality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance product quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software quality assurance.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
