About the Team:
Pandora is embarking on an ambitious journey to deliver on our digital strategy to drive growth, while equally employing the happiest, most empowered and technology-enabled colleagues. We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join our cross-functional teams and help drive this project to success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Proven experience in test management, preferably within large-scale projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management principles and practices, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate External Teams: Manage and coordinate the activities of external vendors, ensuring they align with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery: Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure all testing phases are completed on schedule.
  • Develop Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans, detailed test approach for system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Manage Test Scripts and Cases: Oversee the development and execution of test scripts and test cases, ensuring they meet the project’s requirements and standards.
  • Defect Management: Identify, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and re-testing.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to Pandora’s quality assurance processes.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote and implement best practices in testing and quality assurance, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
