Summary
The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Senior QA Engineer (SDET) to join its team for working with our customer from the UK.
The customer is a company that offers data-driven solutions for people, risk and capital management. Leveraging the global vision and local expertise of colleagues across 140 countries and markets, it helps to sharpen the strategy, improve organizational resilience, motivate people and maximize performance.
The project is focused on enhancing the delivery of value for customers and the business within the Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) sector. You will be working in flexible agile squads on multiple greenfield workstreams to deliver core foundational functionality for various SaaS product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing automated tests for Windows applications using C#.
- Analyzing requirements and translating them into technical specifications for testing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Conducting manual testing and subsequently automate tests.
- Ensuring software quality by identifying and resolving defects.
- Maintaining and updating existing test scripts and test data.
- Participating in the design and development of test strategies and plans.
- Maintaining technical documentation related to testing.
- Working within the time zone of the team based in Reigate to enhance interaction and communication.
Requirements
- Experience as a AQA Engineer for 3+ years.
- Extensive experience in .NET 8.
- Experience in automated testing of Windows desktop applications.
- Proficiency in using C# for test automation.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
