Emagine are now looking for a QA Engineer to one of our amazing banking clients.
Start: 2024-10-01
End: 2025-06-18
Location: Stockholm (3days on site, 2 days remote)
NOTICE: 785 is maximum price for this assignment

REQUIREMENTS:

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• You have broad experience working with quality assurance at a large company.
• You can relatively quickly familiarize yourself with a complex surrounding environment. In addition to performing tests, which is the daily work, you will work together with other testers and can contribute to our test strategy.
• Be able to work at our premises in Västerås at least 2 days/week

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• At least 7 years of experience as a test engineer with experience with manual testing
• Documented experience in requirements management
• Proficiency in test management software (e.g., TestRail, JIRA)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and software testing lifecycle
• Familiarity with various types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance testing)
• Previous work experience with .NET development is a plus

SOFT SKILLS:

• Great communication skills, can easily understand business requirements, and collaborate well in a multicultural environment
• Hands-on specialist knowledge you are willing to share
• An outgoing and positive team player personality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Swedish and English

We have several teams working within Authorizations, and they need to strengthen the area with an experienced and senior QA Engineer and requirements handler to be able to deliver on their prioritized initiative.
You will be part of an agile self-organizing development team that is involved in all aspects of development such as requirements work, architecture, development, testing, operation, etc. SAFe is a natural part of our everyday life. Clients technology focus is .Net Core, Apache Kafka, SQL Server, containers and DevSecOps.
When working within clients area, you will be working with manual testing, automated testing and understanding requirements.
