As our current engineer is transitioning out, we need someone who can ensure our products maintain the highest level of quality.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with a passion for quality assurance and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for testing our web and mobile applications to ensure flawless user experiences. You will also communicate issues clearly, utilizing both text and media (screenshots and videos) to illustrate problems effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably testing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with web app and mobile app testing processes.
• Strong skills in documenting issues, with the ability to provide clear, concise descriptions paired with relevant screenshots or videos.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring the highest product quality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with automation testing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Previous experience working in Agile environments.

• Test web and mobile applications thoroughly to identify bugs, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Re-test bugs after fixes to confirm they have been properly resolved.
• Document issues clearly and comprehensively using text descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure that bugs are addressed and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all testing processes.
• Advocate for excellence in product quality and user experience.
