We are on the hunt for a super talented QA ENGINEER to join our studio in AMSTERDAM. Better known as the Youda studio.
From our studio in Amsterdam, we supply the world with Governor of Poker 3 and Monopoly Poker to players around the world.
We make games people can’t put down. That’s our mission, plain and simple. And with a team full of creative and passionate people, we pull out all the stops to make it happen.
Our studio is in Amsterdam, right by Schiphol Airport. Easy to get to by car or public transport.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You’ve got 3–6 years of hands-on experience in your domain, and you know it like the back of your hand.
• Functional, regression, integration, end-to-end—you know the testing phases and approaches like a playlist on repeat.
• Complex tasks? No problem. You tackle them head-on and deliver solutions like a boss.
• You can design and execute advanced test plans that leave no stone unturned.
• Not only do you find errors, but you also squash them and make sure they don’t come back.
• You get the business and studio’s needs, and your decisions reflect the big picture.
• You work seamlessly with developers and business teams to get the job done.
• You piece together all the info to make smart recommendations and take action.

• Professional expert on the team
• Works with the TL closely ("shadow mode") and helps the team to meet commitments
• Acts as right-hand for the TL when TL is absent
• Acts as a mentor and assists the team to remove complex impediments
• Contributes to the professional development of the team; A focal point for consulting the team
• Leads strategic and complicated projects
• Responsible for complex activities in major projects
• Decision maker in a specific domain
• Reads all documentation and understands what needs to be tested - capable of making changes in the documentation
• Plans and decides on testing plans for new developed content
• Reviews work done by the team and provides ongoing feedback to improve team testing plan
• Develops test cases and prioritizes testing activities
• Informs team leader about required resources for software testing across all team testing activities
• Develops test cases and prioritize testing activities
• Executes each test case and reports defects, defines severity and priority for each defect
• Acts as a gate keeper for quality issues
• Shows interest and seeks ways of developing personal knowledge in other engineering disciplines
• Constantly seeks to improve the efficiency of his work and team
