We are looking for a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) with a desire to grow and contribute their potential for a recognized company specialized in developing software for the fintech industry, whose clients are mainly in Europe.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Lead the development of comprehensive test plans and advanced test case designs, focusing on edge cases and stress conditions.
• Execute detailed manual and automated testing, identifying subtle defects and usability issues.
• Document and communicate defects with precision, ensuring efficient debugging and resolution by development teams.
• Conduct performance and load testing to validate system resilience under various conditions.
• Perform advanced security testing to protect sensitive data, ensuring compliance with industry standards like PCI DSS.
• Oversee the transition of software to live environments, ensuring a smooth and defect-free release.
• Monitor user feedback and system logs to maintain and continuously enhance software quality.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to align quality goals with business objectives.
• Stay on standby to respond to critical system issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.

What are we looking for?

• Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance, including manual and automation testing in complex systems (PHP and Javascript).
• Expertise in designing and implementing test strategies, plans, and cases for high-scale, critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of API testing, performance testing tools, and security testing methodologies.
• Experience with tools like GitLab CI, MongoDB, and Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Process-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Spoken English level
