Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5+ years in a similar managerial role
- 8+ years working with quality assurance and software testing
- Exceptional communicational skills and the confidence to put ideas forward is essential
- Must be able to come into the London office 2 days a week
Responsibilities:
- To manage the process of ensuring all software releases are delivered on time and meet the quality standards agreed.
- Helping define how your team thinks about quality and QA. Thinking outside the box, proposing changes, and trying new things are all essential parts of the job.
- Working with cross-functional teams, including the product team, developers and engineers to plan and execute releases.
- Developing test and deployment plans
