Description:
Responsible for ensuring that product (food) meets product quality specifications.
Managing a team of Food Safety and QC officers the incumbent must ensure that all product at end of line meets with required product specifications and has been processed in compliance with the Company BRC / Haccp standards
BRC/HACCP training or certificate
Qualification in Microbiology/Food Safety
Compliance Experience
1-2 Years experience in similar role
