QA Manager - GMP Manufacturing

We are looking for a QA Manager with a background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or chemical industry in a manufacturing environment.
We are looking for a QA Manager for the Quality and EHS department at Sartorius Albumedix Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing internal/external customer audits, batch review and release, annual product quality review, vendor evaluation and approval, represent QA in the site management team and ensure compliance to robust processes. You will also manage the day to day activities of a team of 4. We are looking forward to shaping the future with you.
This position is available full – time. It is an onsite role in central Nottingham and the site is easy to get to, being a short walk from the train station.

• On a daily basis you will manage the day-to-day work of the QA department and support the team with hosting internal/external auditing, batch review and release, Annual Product Quality Review, vendor evaluation and approval, deviation management, document review, change control, document issue, CAPAs, planned deviations, archiving and training
• Support the ongoing implementation of eQMS (DotCompliance)
• You will work closely and liaise with other departments such as QC, Validation, Manufacturing, Engineering etc.
• Ensue that all quality systems and procedures are updated and revised, develop new practices and processes to meet the needs of GMP compliance and effectiveness of the QMS
• Provide training and develop skills and competencies of the QA team
