Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
- An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly driven and able to work under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and implement QA/QC system for building construction projects.
- Handle all documents, records and reports relating to QA/QC.
- Manage all activities relating to QA/QC on site.
- Perform daily inspections, ensuring construction quality specified in contract and drawings are met.
- Liaise with authority inspectors, consultants, clients and subcontractors on quality matters.
- Ensure compliance to ISO procedure, lead for ISO audits.Familiar with Conquas assessment and Conquas score calculation.
