QA/QC Engineer

We are a company specialized in the design, fabrication and installation of Floating Marinas and we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic QA/QC Engineer with Marine experience ( Mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Developing & Managing Quality Management plans, policy and implementing the same as per ISO 9001:2015
To continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements, and making recommendation for improvement as appropriate.
Facilitating process improvements and root cause analysis and corrective actions, drives towards continuous improvement & monitor and report quality control progress, notifying any predicted shortfall or discrepancies against set KPI’s.
Undertaking Quality Audits, complying with client, legal requirements.- Implementing quality tools for productivity and to reduce failure cost in the process by analysing process data and applying statistical techniques.
To manage and direct a team of skilled, semi‐skilled and technically based individuals through sound personnel practices such as; Performance management, Relevant and effective inductions, Identification of training needs, etc.
QA/QC Resource Management with respect Quality function liaising with production and project requirements.
Providing QA/QC support in: Business development and proposals, Projects, Site quality co-ordination and monitoring, Quality training.- Conducts Client visit and audit for new vendor or supplier registration, qualification and new certifications.
B-tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Technical qualification Welding Inspector certified /NDT ISO Lead auditor- 9001-2025
Experience – marine, Roads, bridges, Quay walls, Rock Revetments, Temporary Jetty, Civil constructions, Port/harbour construction, quay wall construction, dredging Construction/reclamation, dewatering filter cake and coarse material.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont
