REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL :
- Ability to identify and address process gaps and prepare workflow processes and procedures
- Able to prepare method statements and risk assessments for various maintenance activities
- Analyze reactive service complaints statistics and recommend corrective actions to avoid recurrence
- Ability to identify the training needs of team members, and coach and guide the team for better employee engagement.
- Ability to prepare and maintain various documents, such as inspection reports and handover reports
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities:
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :
Responsible for ensuring that the Products and services delivered meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to. Responsible for identifying and raising QHSE issues and for speedily resolving them to ensure zero impact to the customer. Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.
WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in FM industry within Quality controls & Quality assurance.
