Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, components, and finished products to identify defects and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to address quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of quality inspections, reports, and compliance records.
- Analyze data and provide feedback for continuous improvement of processes and practices.
- Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their adherence to our quality standards.
