• Testing and Inspection:
• Conduct tests and inspections on mechanical components and systems.
• Use various testing methods to ensure the integrity and performance of mechanical parts.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and compliance.
• Team Coordination:
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Provide guidance and support to mechanical teams on quality-related matters.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical quality management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience:
• Extensive experience in quality management within the mechanical engineering field.
• Proven track record of managing quality assurance and control processes.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of mechanical quality management systems and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough audits and inspections.
