QA/QC Line Check Inspector

• Knowledge in issuing punches during the line check and the impact that they have.
• Develop punch list and follow up to close.
• Ability to interpret and follow IFC, P&ID,and ISO drawings, properly.
• Capable to follow up red mark drawings and confirm if the site conditions are as per drawing.
• Capable to verify the actual conditions at site of the lines that needs to be checked based on the last revision of Engineering documents.
• Profound knowledge of hydro testing procedures and applicable standards and project specifications.
• Review submitted packs from Subcontractor, check drawings, Pids, ensure preparation follow project commissioning systematization and procedures.
• Verifying the isometrics, Piping instrument diagram and all components of documentation inside Test packages.
• Good communication skills in order to coordinate with construction and the other disciplines involved.
• To Focus on the completion of Test Packs as per site and project priorities.
• To Verify that Construction has released Test pack for Test and all needed authorizations have been obtained.
• Updating test package register at each transaction and after the test to keep clear track of Test packages status.
• Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word programs.
• Prepare daily, weekly and Monthly testing progress report and distribute by e-email.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years relevant experience
