QUALITY AUDITOR SHIFT MANAGER

Come and join us! We currently have an exciting opportunities for a Quality Auditor Shift Manager to join our team in Thetford.

• This post is working DAYS
• The hours of work and shift patterns are: 06:00 - 18:00 on a 4on 4off shift rotation
• The rate of pay is: £16.40 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

• To effectively uphold the food safety, legal, and quality standards of 2SFG, our customers, regulatory bodies and all other interested stakeholders.
• The completion of routine and non-routine assessments in the factory environment to ensure compliance to all codes of practice
• To coach, train, advise and support the factory operations teams on matters of non-conformance and deviation to specification
• To act as the site Subject Matter Expert on all key technical disciplines
• To efficiently manage Quality Auditors to ensure daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed on time and in full.

To be the ‘go to’ factory based Technical colleague for all queries/issues raised by production or issues unable to be sorted by Quality Auditors on shift

Ideal Candidate:

• Solid level of Computer Literacy, Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge of Quality
• Excellent communication skills
• Food Safety Lvl 4
• Internal Auditing
• HACCP Lvl 3
• Allergen Management
• Root Cause Analysis
• Understanding Microbiology
• Problem Solving
• Dealing with conflict
• Assertiveness
• Time Management
• Junior management/supervisory training course
