As a QA Specialist II you will be contact between the Purchasing and Quality Department and our suppliers in order to ensure that our needs and expectations regarding quality, regulatory compliance and service from suppliers are clear and met in accordance with Sensient Colors Latam requirements.
You should ensure compliance with the comprehensive management system through the administration of the Deviation processes, change controls, customer complaints, issuance of documentation, etc. Attention to customer audits and support for the performance of supplier audits.
Responsibilities:
- Validation and approval of technical information provided by suppliers
- Management of raw material specifications, packaging materials.
- Signature of raw material specifications with suppliers
- Maintain the corresponding documentation according to each type of material complete and updated.
- Evaluation of service of external and internal suppliers according to the established procedure
- Support in monitoring PNCs generated with different suppliers, resolution of technical doubts with suppliers, in support of the Raw Materials Supervisor.
- Support in the execution of the supplier audit program.
- Validate corrective and containment actions for quality problems and/or documentation derived from internal deviations.
- Follow-up on internal deviations.
- Inspection of customer returns, as well as management of their destination.
- Daily monitoring and reporting of customer complaints, approval of action plan and closing of complaints on the Salesforce platform.
- Coordination in the programming and acceptance of customer audits
- Sending of response report to customer audit findings.
