JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Manager communicates and manages quality policy and objectives and reports on the overall effectiveness of the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) healthcare quality program. He/She collaborates with Operations to ensure the smooth implementation of new healthcare business and maintains knowledge of quality and regulatory agency rules and regulations to communicate compliance requirements. The Healthcare QA Senior Manager manages the documentation and training of operating procedures and regulatory topics, risk minimization of storing, distributing and transporting healthcare products, and audits and facility or system validations (i.e., reliable proof that systems and equipment perform to defined specifications). He/She may manage the document control process, order-to-cash, QA support, risk assessment and training. This position oversees managers and supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree, Degree in Pharmacy or food industry preferred.

• Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in companies such as pharmaceutical laboratories of drug manufacturers or distributors, in departments such as quality control or quality assurance or as a qualified person. - Experience with ISO 13485 standards is an advantage.

• Fluency in English.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization. Willingness to learn new things.

• Designate a warehouse distributor with a wholesale distribution license in accordance with § 76 of Act No. 378/2007 Coll., on medicinal products, as amended (hereinafter “ZoL") and Article 79 of EU Directive 2001/83/EC ).
• Obligation to exercise supervision, control and responsibility for the fact that medicinal products, medicinal substances and excipients according to the scope of the distribution permit are distributed by the employer as a distributor in accordance with ZoL.
• Represent company during inspections of storage and distribution of medicinal products and active substances of medicinal products carried out by health inspections.
• Maintain the wholesale distributor’s license and the relevant SDP certification of the company.
• Ensure that self-inspections are carried out with planned periodicity and that all necessary corrective measures are taken.
• Maintain appropriate records of all delegated duties to ensure compliance.
