Job Description:
Our Integration team is seeking a collaborative, hands-on, motivated, and dependable QA Team Lead with proven experience with integration testing. In this role, you’ll oversee a high-performing team of developers and testers both onshore and offshore with code review, resolving issues as they arise, streamline processes, and develop efficiencies.
As our QA Team Lead, you’ll work closely with highly-skilled software engineers, architects, and product managers to assist with the design, development, test, and deployment as well as maintain highly scalable and reliable applications and services. You’ll also support the functional components dedicated to existing and new products related to information processing to both internal and external stakeholders with data acquired from patients, medical institutions, and internal sources.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead QA activities in Agile environment to accommodate all types of testing efforts, including manual & automated approaches. Propose & facilitate all team testing activities related to timely deliverables preferable within one sprint.
- Create and implement innovative approaches to test new & existing products.
- Define, establish, and maintain processes and methods that ensure efficiency and thoroughness of quality assurance of Phreesia’s products.
- Partner with Product Management, Customer Teams, Developers and Architects to determine & identify adequate use cases to be covered by tests. Support other teams & departments participate in configure, manage, and troubleshoot exercise software test environments.
- Optimize documentation, review, prioritize bug reports and other test results with peer & superiors when needed.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to determine client issues when escalated to Software Engineering team.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and +2 years of current experience using C# required
- +2 years of leading QA teams in Agile environments & +7 years of testing software applications
- Strong hands-on experience in writing detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, creating test data, test execution, and creating defects. Required experience with server-side service-oriented API based testing.
- Ability to multi-task, shift gears quickly, work independently and collaboratively, adapt easily to shifting priorities, process changes, and schedule changes.
- Expert in user-oriented testing and other testing types: functionality, usability, and scenario testing. Strong understanding of test automation and CI/CD tools & frameworks.
- Experience & Knowledge with web application architecture, Microsoft .Net, and related technologies to C#, HTML, or similar. Experience with performance, scalability, security and privacy testing.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to analyze complex technical problems.
