Description:
POSITION SCOPE
We are seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of QA Technologist. The ideal candidate will have an Electrical Engineering background, an excellent personality, superior communication skills, and open-mindedness to new ideas and challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, with Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with teams to develop and implement controls Panel quality standards.
- Verify all important documents, such as schematic, instructions, layout, drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Testing and simulating control system hardware and software, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and servo systems, to identify and resolve technical and process-related issues.
- Making an inventory of the type of failures and creating a detailed checklist to fully assess control panel performance.
- Performing control panel UL, CSA and EU inspection and creating FAT documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
