REQUIREMENTS

• 2-5 years experience in QA testing
• A strong interest in QA testing
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other relevant credentials
• The ability to work (and interview) in our head office

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We are looking for a QA Tester / Analyst to contribute to our fast-paced, highly collaborative Scrum development team. This role requires testing both webpages, and our 3D modeling environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Testing:
• Ensure code meet functional requirements before release
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure quality
• Collaborate with the team to define acceptance criteria and resolve ambiguity
• Develop and implement testing plans
• Triage Management:
• Assist in troubleshooting customer bugs to generate reproduction steps
• Dig into nebulous issues (performance or functional) to identify root cause
• Prioritize and escalate issues based on impact scale and severity
• Manage and maintain bug backlog, and associated customer communications when applicable
• Automation (nice-to-have):
• Automate repetitive work where possible
• Develop and maintain automated tests for regression
• Suggest and implement improvements to the testing process and tools
