Our studio is situated in a river-front building in the heart of the Historic Dockyard in Chatham, Kent, UK. We are growing fast, developing our games using cutting-edge technology and delivering these on multiple platforms: PC, PlayStation 4 and 5 and Xbox One and Series S/X
We are looking for a QA Tester, reporting to the QA Team Lead, you will test our games, look for bugs, feedback accurate QA findings to our internal development teams and update our bug database to maintain an accurate record.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Testing software to the defined standard across all current Dovetail gaming platforms following methodical quality assurance processes and test scripts.
  • Document test results using standard industry software providing professional, clear, accurate and complete bug reports.
  • Provide feedback to avoid repeated mistakes, contributing to the refinement and improvement of testing plans and test cases.
  • Work with development teams to rectify errors, providing game-play and game-balance feedback.
  • Work with other team members to coordinate test coverage and avoid duplicated effort, assisting on the training of new team members when required.
