TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION AND USER EDUCATION:

  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, FAQs, and API documentation, using tools like Confluence.
  • Create and update training materials, including video tutorials, walkthroughs, and interactive guides.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure documentation reflects current features and updates.
  • Design and produce engaging tutorial videos demonstrating software features and workflows.
  • Document internal testing processes and maintain testing best practices.
  • Develop onboarding materials for new system users.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of web application testing experience.
  • Experience with test case management and bug tracking systems.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.
  • Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with web application testing (frontend and backend).
  • Proficiency in API testing, working with XML, JSON, Web Services, and REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • Automated testing experience using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools.
