TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION AND USER EDUCATION:
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, FAQs, and API documentation, using tools like Confluence.
- Create and update training materials, including video tutorials, walkthroughs, and interactive guides.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure documentation reflects current features and updates.
- Design and produce engaging tutorial videos demonstrating software features and workflows.
- Document internal testing processes and maintain testing best practices.
- Develop onboarding materials for new system users.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of web application testing experience.
- Experience with test case management and bug tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with web application testing (frontend and backend).
- Proficiency in API testing, working with XML, JSON, Web Services, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Automated testing experience using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools.
