The Opportunity
CPP is seeking expressions of interest from qualified professionals for a key position within our organisation. This EOI is aimed at identifying a candidate who holds a Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) licence, who will play a role in ensuring our projects meet regulatory standards and are delivered to the highest level of compliance.
CPP is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety in the construction industry and a QBCC-licenced employee will be involved in achieving this, to ensure we can effectively enhance project outcomes, thus maintaining our excellent reputation and high-level of client satisfaction.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
About You
Responsibilities:
Must hold a valid and relevant QBCC Licence (minimum: Builder – Low Rise).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, demonstrating a thorough understanding of civil construction practices and regulatory compliance.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Proven technical skills and expertise in interpreting designs and specifications, managing construction processes, and ensuring adherence to building codes and standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
