As a QC Lab Technician, you will work in our physical/chemical and microbiology labs. We will provide a thorough onboarding to ensure you will have a great start to the job. Following full training, you will work on a rotating schedule, typically three weeks of day shifts followed by one week of evening shifts. Day shifts offer flexibility between 7:00 and 16:00, while evening shifts run Monday to Thursday from 14:00 to 22:00.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Measuring chemical and microbiological analysis
• Following analyses are done: pH, color measurements (data color), spectrophotometry, particle size, HPLC, brix, density, moisture, viscosity, aw, titration
• Total count, yeast & mold, enterobacteria, aerobic spores and sulfite-reducing clostridia
• Ad hoc tasks
