QC Technician

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an experienced QC Technician with a strong track record in their work to join our team in Singapore. Responsibilities:
a. Provide quality control support through timely inspection / verification of materials, processes and products.
b. Perform product/ process acceptance activities based on approved and released specifications and documentation as define in respective process SOP. Example of such activities are
i) Incoming Inspection of raw material and inbound shipment
ii) Review quality issue with inbound shipment
iii) Label Printing/Control for Manufacturing Process
iv) Outgoing Inspection of Finished Goods
c. Compile inspection records, approved COC/ CofA to facilitate traceability for demonstration of product compliance as well as customer complaint data for analysis by QA/QC Engineer.
d. Retrieve manufacturing test/calibration data as requested by customer.
e. Ensure appropriateness and completion of Design History Record (DHR) as follows:
i) Test Results are within specifications
ii) COA / COC are prepared and signed
iii) Good Documentation Practice
f. Ensure that systems and procedures are in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, ISO14971, FDA 21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001.
g. Support plant-wide activities and special projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
a. Diploma in Engineering or above.
