Description:

Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System in the region, including the GSD Operating Principles Manual, to ensure that procedures in the region are in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, and other applicable standards and requirements
- Maintain an annual plan for mandatory activities according to the ISO certification and ensure that the activities are carried out
- Actively promote and build up safety awareness and understanding, and support and carry out safety training and development of staff
- Follow up on incident reporting and carry out root cause analysis
- Responsible for KPI reporting and performance measurement development in the region
- Facilitate update and tracking of progress for Region Europe strategy X-matrix
