QHSE Administrator (3 to 6 months contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare and register the provision of visitor passes as requested & required by vessels
• Liaising with vendor for ordering of HSE materials such as QHSE Booklet etc.
• Assist document/items delivery for vessels – tracking (UniSea Dispatch Notes)
• Collating of Monthly Man-hours / Statistics
• Voting of Monthly BEST Observations
• Tracking of rewards BEST Observation & BEST Performing Vessel
• Dashboard/PowerBI Numbers for QHSE Monthly Report
• Quarterly QHSE Plan
• Trainings (follow-up on compliance) – as & when requiredVessels follow-up as per target date stipulated - weekly

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure proper data entry and document handling.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a safety-focused environment.
• Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new software.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Basic understanding of maritime regulations and QHSE best practices.

EDUCATION:

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in a relevant field such as Nautical Studies, Maritime Operations, Marine Engineering, etc
