QHSE Inspector

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: 12th pass/Diploma in mechanical engineering or Occupational Health and Safety (will be an added advantage).
  Working days & hours - 6 days working & 10 hours duty per day (1 hour break)

Requirements:

• Good understanding in a QHSE & Mechanical role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE preferably in the same or related industry.
• Effective communication skills.
• HSE certification mandatory

o Ensure raw materials and finished products meet specifications through meticulous examination and precise measurement tools
o Perform durability, functionality, and safety tests to validate product quality and performance using standardized methods
o Ensure Decks Geometrical dimensions as per DWG
o Quality Controls of Decks and coordination with Site quality inspector
o Maintain detailed records of inspections, noting deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control
o Communicate identified defects promptly to supervisors and collaborate on corrective actions for timely resolution
o Verify products meet industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements by staying updated on quality regulations
o Oversee production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement in machinery and workflows
o Develop and enforce effective protocols to optimize inspection processes and enhance product quality assurance
o Analyze quality-related customer concerns, identify root causes, and collaborate on solutions to prevent recurrence
o Ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspections and production activities to promote a secure workplace for all personnel Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance as per TSUK H&S at factory and site
