Responsibilities:

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Support the QMS Manager and the Internal Manufacturing Network in the governance, operation and improvements of Veeva Vault QualitySuite.
  • You will be part of the QMS team who are the focal point of support for all business process related to the Veeva Vault QualitySuite.
  • You will be the conduit between the Dechra Manufacturing and Supply teams, Divisional Quality teams and Veeva System Administrators, with a focus on business processes.
  • Provide support to business end users and Vault QualitySuite Site Subsytem Owners, who are considered SMEs for their respective sites.
  • Perform business administrative tasks in system to support the IT System Administrator, including creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure the Veeva and other relevant systems are maintained to the necessary regulatory and Dechra governance requirements and adhere to GxP Quality processes, by completing system effectiveness checks of Veeva QualitySuite subsystems to ensure GxP compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Participation in any System Change Advisory Board meeting or other stakeholder groups, as appropriate.
  • Supporting the following processes for the Veeva Vault QualitySuite:

o System Configuration changes via GMP change controls
o Release Management of Veeva tri-yearly system enhancements

o Periodic Review of system operation and maintenance, including user access review and audit trail review.

  • Work with Dechra Business and IT system admins for the successful migration of all business-related documents and data into the Veeva system.
  • Coordinate deployment package for new sites deploying Veeva Vault QualitySuite - including, but not limited to, project plans, roles, and responsibilities, training, communication and ongoing user adoption support.
  • Create and maintain training materials with input from GSSO and support training and communication related activities.
  • There may also be a requirement for wider system admin support to ensure the appropriate integration of the EQMS and other systems for compliance and unified practices.
