About the role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage outlets, this hotel-based role reports directly to the Hotel Manager. Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • To monitor the day-to-day provision of quality customer service in each of the Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring a high level of consistency.
  • Hands on approach to the co-ordination of the department, whilst guiding the team.
  • Maintain clear communication with both internal and external guests and suppliers, building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Engage with customers to anticipate their needs, address inquiries and resolve issues recognizing each opportunity for growth.
  • Manage VIP’s and special requests with care and attention to detail.
  • Comply with all WH&S and HACCP policies and protocols, staying up to date with relevant changes.
  • Comply with all company training and meetings

Skills & experience

  • 3-4 years in a similar operations role.
  • Holder of a Manager Certificate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for all things F&B!
