    About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator will provide high quality customer service to both new and existing customers, whilst promoting and supporting all products and services to increase sales at QTC. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity.

  • Ensure customers are given the best advice for their Tennis Journey at all times, creating a positive customer experience.
  • Provide daily task checklists and cleaning schedules for all customer service officers.
  • Train and support team members in operational running and delivery of the tennis business.
  • Administer the In-tennis database to ensure all customer details are managed to keep all program information up to date.
  • Assist customers with the sale of merchandise and apparel in the Pro Shop.
  • Work with team members to maintain and improve the front of house operations.

About you

  • Experience in program development and implementation
  • Excellent communication skills, including customer service experience
  • Sound organisational and administration skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a challenging and changing environment
  • Flexibility regarding work schedules and training hours
  • Alignment with the Tennis values of Excellence, Humility, Collaboration and Imagination
  • You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Blue Card and Working with Children Check.
