Role Overview: We are seeking a Qualified Dental Nurse/Receptionist who can deliver outstanding patient care, ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our practice, and provide a welcoming front-of-house experience.

· Assisting the dentists and hygienists during dental procedures.
· Sterilising instruments and ensuring compliance with cross-infection control protocols.
· Managing and maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
· Booking and managing patient appointments.
· Handling patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional and friendly manner.
· Processing payments
· Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
