JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a qualified and licensed tradesperson to install air conditioning systems all across Metro Melbourne and Regional Victoria. If successful, you will be able to complete 2-3 installations per day, and we are offering a highly competitive rate for your services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant certifications and licenses IN HVAC installation and maintenance (A-Grade electrical license, plumbing license, refrigerant license)
- Valid drivers license and adequate transportation
- Public liability insurance
- Company name and ABN
- Extensive experience in air conditioning systems installation
- High-level understanding of air conditioning systems and components
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team of plumbers and electricians is preferred, but not essential

Responsibilities:
- Install Single-Split, Multi-Split, VRF and ducted air conditioning systems
- Maintain accurate records of all installations completed
- Ensure you adhere to industry standards and manufacturer specifications
- Ensure you adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies
- Provide a high-level of customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
- Remove and decommission existing air conditioning sytems (if not possible, then make inoperable by disconnecting all internal connections)
