REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with a strong practice background
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice, including exposure to audits and tax compliance
- Excellent technical knowledge of Irish tax laws, accounting standards, and reporting requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Sage, Xero, or Relate

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services. This role requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation and review of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and companies
- Managing and delivering statutory audit assignments
- Preparing corporate and personal tax returns and ensuring timely filing
- Providing advisory services across a range of tax areas, including VAT, PAYE, and income tax
- Assisting clients with financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Supporting junior staff through mentoring and review of their work
- Liaising directly with clients to provide expert advice and build strong working relationships
- Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting and tax regulations
