Location: Northwest, UK
My client is a well-established civil engineering contractor working within the highways and infrastructure sector. Due to continued expansion, they are actively looking for a Quality Advisor to join the team in the Northwest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams and senior management to ensure projects meet quality standards and promote improvement.
  • Supporting the workforce to promote and maintain high-quality practices across projects.
  • Ensure the HSQE Management Systems are compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
  • Act as the interface for quality-related project matters with clients and supply chain partners.
  • Participate in regular site visits to implement change.
  • Exercise discretion with employee information and uphold professional standards.
  • Promote organizational values and manage work effectively to meet role demands.

Qualifications and Experience

  • HNC in Quality/Construction or related field
  • CQI Practitioner (desirable)
  • Experience in the multi-utilities sector (desirable)
  • Experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (desirable)
  • CSCS Card
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
