Experience in a similar role (experience with Copyright/trademark/data privacy queries in general or experience with auditing)
Language Requirements: An ideal candidate would have a C1/C2 proficiency level in the English language.
Ability to focus in a dynamic work environment and thrive while responding to evolving product processes.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for this role would be passionate about maintaining high standards of Quality when it comes to various policies and compliance. You are highly organized, driven by policy compliance, detail-oriented, and have the ability to make decisions quickly. You are a great communicator and have high potential in managing relationships with your colleagues and other stakeholders.
In your role as a Quality analyst you may be responsible for one of the following aspects of Compliance:
Evaluate flagged contents/accounts on a special media platform for further review for content applicable to copyright, trademark and counterfeit issues (including live streaming of unlicensed media) on the client’s platforms under the guidelines provided and respond to users inquiries.
Review of tickets containing applicable information relating to an order from a national judicial or administrative authority, Member State authority or law enforcement for flagged illegal content/accounts, by using given guidelines.
Review the data privacy inquiries and requests for Image Privacy Rights, Subject Access Requests, Rights of Erasure/Objection workflows, Data Policy and Protection workflows in the context of maintaining Privacy and compliance with Data protection regulations of public platforms.
Supporting contractual licensing agreements for applicable platforms from a perspective of Quality Audits.
