Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and
internal policies across all business processes, systems, and services. By proactively identifying,
analyzing, and resolving quality and compliance issues, the analyst helps maintain operational
excellence, mitigate risks, and uphold the organization’s reputation for reliability and ethical practices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors Required to Succeed in the Role Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Compliance Management, Quality Assurance, Business Administration).
- Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or a compliance-specific qualification are highly desirable
