EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in natural sciences, could also be within finance or equivalent.
- Certified or proven project management experience and relevant skills.
- 3-5+ years of experience from working with compliance and quality systems or similar.
- 1-2 years of experience from working with sustainability related topics.
- Experience from working in companies with laboratory operations.
- Life science industry background with experience of working with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO9001), EHS regulations and sustainability practices or equivalent experience.
An advantage:
- International experience and/or exposure.
- Experience as an internal auditor.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- A thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of peers, senior managers, and SMEs.
- Strong in building relationships and influencing others and bringing people together and aligning them around common goals.
- High level of analytical ability to gather and evaluate complex information obtained from a wide variety of source.
- Excellent skills in Swedish and English (verbal and written).
The role of Quality and Compliance Manager reports to the CFO.

Responsibilities:
- Interact and collaborate with all functions at Atlas Antibodies as well as with functions within the global organization.
- Take ownership of and develop Atlas Antibodies’ business system with an integrated QMS, ensuring its implementation, ongoing monitoring, and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and analyze product quality performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage the handling of significant deviations requiring investigation and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
- Ensure document control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including the change management process.
- Be system owner for the document management system (CANEA ONE).
- Be responsible for creating and implementing both group-wide and local policies for the Atlas Antibodies Business Unit and, provide some support to subsidiaries in developing aligned local policies.
- Secure compliance to existing policies and guidelines including lead and coordinate audits (internal and external).
- Be responsible for Atlas Antibodies’ risk-based approach including enterprise risk management, supplier risk assessment and follow-up.
- Work on strategic, tactical, and operative level when it comes to Sustainability.
