Role:
We are excited to announce that we are seeking a talented Quality and Compliance Manager to join our friendly Business Operations Team. You’ll work closely with our Business Operations Director and collaborate with everyone from the Event Director to the Facilities Manager.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things quality, compliance, and governance. Your mission will be to implement and manage procedures, audits, checks, and controls that help us deliver exceptional service to our clients while effectively managing and mitigating risks.
You’ll play a vital role in building strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring they align with our Supply Chain Management Framework. This includes onboarding new suppliers with due diligence and measuring their adherence to our sustainability and environmental standards.
Additionally, you’ll oversee our processes in line with ISO accreditations and GDPR requirements, partnering with teams to identify skill gaps and provide the necessary support. You’ll also manage client contractual obligations, mapping out requirements and ensuring we meet our commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the company operates in line with our three current ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 20121), ensuring consistency in business processes / procedures.
- Manage current implemented GDPR procedures (SAR requests, data retention, data asset register) and support teams where needed; including conducting checks and audits on data deletion.
- Responsible for the management of client contractual obligations; mapping out requirements upon winning and ensure delivery teams understand and comply with responsibilities, including data management.
- Develop and implement frameworks to monitor progress against contractual KPIs; develop reports for the Commercial Director and Managing Director.
- Responsible for the management and implementation of the existing business-wide Supply Chain Management Framework, overseeing due diligence, implementation and management of audits and quality controls. Putting in place Quality and Compliance Improvement Plans where needed.
