Your Mission
As a Quality Assistant, your function will be to support the Quality Manager in coordinating all Quality operations (products, processes, deliveries) with regard to the customer’s satisfaction, employees’ satisfaction, and strategic targets for the next years.

Your Responsibilities

• Secures the quality in full compliance with customer requirements and Eurofit’s procedures
• Maintains the respect of guidelines, QM-system of the customer, and/or compliance with IATF.
• Continuously improves the quality performance of the plant (process, product, delivery)
• Carries out actions in case of deviations.
• Inspects and improves the Quality management status
• Reports weekly on Quality Management plant activities and monthly QM figures.
• Manage QM documentation and assessment of processes, documents, etc …
• Communication and meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Plans, coordinates, and carries out internal/external quality audits/certifications and FMEAs.
• Inspects and trains the employees in the Quality needs and goals of the company.

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• You have experience in a Quality department of a production company.
• You have knowledge of IATF principles.
• You have MS-Office Skills
• You have a fluent Dutch / English level.
