Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Relevant Third level Qualification in Food is essential
Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in food industry
Level 5 and or level 6 in HACCP (food safety) certification is an advantage
In depth knowledge of all relevant quality standards and experience in leading audits on site (E.g. BRCGS, DAFM)
Strong communication skills with ability to deal with clients, suppliers as required
Be self-motivated and have the ability to work on one’s own initiative
Be a keen team player
Have good communication skills (verbal & written)
Have basic computer literacy
Have an aptitude for problem solving and for informed decision making
