In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the maintenance and control for all documents related to the Business Management System (BMS) in SharePoint. Including document review, creation, approval, document life cycle, database integrity and interface with process owners.
  • Support the development and improvement of the Document management system.
  • Attend QA meetings and assist in the capture, creation and update of meeting minutes and distribution.
  • Support the development of a range of performance measures and metrics including analysing KPI’s for trends and provide action recommendations.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings and reminders for QA/HSE Documentation related Department activities.
  • Research, synthesize and draft various documents as required.
  • Monitor Quality Assurance and QA Document Control inboxes.
  • Other duties as necessary
