There’s also 200 of us! You’ll mostly find us in our modern, city center office which boasts some of the best views you’ll get of the city and is a stone’s throw from Victoria Station. We’re on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Tester to join our vibrant team and be part of a highly successful, mature, profit-making business that retains the community driven approach of a start-up. We’re looking for a technology enthusiast who’s eager to work in a collaborative environment, bringing innovation and quality to our web applications and component libraries. ABOUT YOU

• A hands-on Tester with a love for technology and a strong belief in producing high-quality, resilient services with an aspiration to achieve testing excellence.
• Nimble and adaptable, with the ability to quickly adjust to new challenges.
• A polyglot thinker who values diverse technical solutions and approaches.
• A keen interest in learning new skills and improve existing knowledge.
• Proactive in seeking out and evaluating emerging technologies that can add value to the platform.
• Demonstrable experience in Quality Assurance Testing and Agile methodologies.
• You love face-to-face collaboration and being part of a close-knit tech community.
• Ambitious & passionate with a desire to develop your skills alongside your peers.
• You’re comfortable explaining solutions to both technical & non-technical stakeholders.

Manual Testing (60%): Getting involved early in product life cycle to help shape and deliver a high quality product for our customer. Starting at 3 amigos where you will help set our acceptance criteria and discuss any potential issues. Then manually testing the solution provided by our developers and finally delivering the change to our production environment.
Automation Testing (30%): Continuing to add to our ever growing automation library. Using skills you may already have while having the chance to learn new and interesting methods to help deliver the best solution.
Personal Development (10%): At BrightHR, growth is a constant. Allocate time to expand your knowledge, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to push your capabilities and our solutions forward.
