Description:

Are you ready to play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Front Office operations? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to oversee and monitor Front Office controls, ensuring robust risk management and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough file and activity reviews of Front Office teams to ensure effective risk controls and processes.
  • Collate and evaluate management information (MI) from various sources, escalating concerns to line management as necessary.
  • Analyse and review data for insightful trend reporting.
  • Present review outcomes in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Recommend improvements to processes and working methods based on monitoring outputs.
  • Familiarize yourself with and review department policies and procedures.
  • Produce comprehensive reports from key governance and oversight processes, including root cause analyses.
  • Resolve departmental audit points efficiently.
  • Manage team communications and oversee the team inbox.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel is advantageous.
  • Experience interacting with all levels of an organisation.
  • Proven teamwork experience.
  • Experience in producing management information and reports.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Methodical and organized approach to work.
  • Strong understanding of financial services systems (e.g., CRM, JHC Figaro, BITA).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Tenacity in meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Articulate and diplomatic in all interactions.
