Description:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to GCSE level, or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Knowledge of financial/professional service organisations is beneficial.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel is advantageous.
- Experience interacting with all levels of an organisation.
- Teamwork experience.
- Experience producing management information and reports.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Methodical and organised approach to work.
- Strong understanding of financial services systems (e.g., CRM, JHC Figaro, BITA).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines with tenacity.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct file and activity reviews on Front Office teams to ensure effective risk controls and processes.
- Collate and evaluate management information (MI) from various sources to oversee Front Office teams and escalate concerns to line management.
- Analyse and review data for trend reporting.
- Present review outcomes clearly and understandably.
- Recommend improvements to processes and working methods based on monitoring outputs.
- Review and understand department policies and procedures.
- Produce reports from key governance and oversight processes, including root cause analyses.
- Resolve department audit points.
- Manage team communications and the team inbox.
